Fatherhood today is plagued with so many challenges and as a result, this trend has taken its toll on both the children and the fathers. How does a father-figure impact a child\\\'s academic performance, social behaviour and other aspects of the child\\\'s development? In this programme, we will seek to explore the impact of a father-figure in a child\\\'s development and how this may be realised, given the changing work, travel and family challenges faced by today\\\'s father.
